Michael Uccello of Boy Scout Troop 2020 in Vernon, was recently awarded the rank of Eagle Scout. He is pictured with Vernon Mayor Jason McCoy. The mayor is reading a “Mayoral Proclamation” praising him for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and thanking him for his Eagle Project which benefitted the town. He built two new wood and glass trophy cases to replace one small case housed at the Horowitz Pool Building in Henry Park."
